Stéphane “Spig” Gétas is an artist illustrator from Bordeaux. His favorite medium is linocut, which gives his work a raw and graphic appearance. Engraved and printed entirely by hand, his prints recreate a world inhabited by strange beings, mysterious trees, and weird vehicles. His eclecticism is reflected in the diversity of his collaborations: his illustrations can be found in the form of concert posters, cover art albums, designs for skateboards, T-shirts, logos, films posters, sculpture... He also teaches art at high school and at an animation print workshop.
