Ole Plogstedt was born in 1968 in Berlin. As a chef, he has an impressive list of top-class appointments after beginning as an apprentice at Hotel Steigen- berger Berlin. In 1993 he founded the company “Rote Gourmet Fraktion (RGF)”, racking up an impressive list of high-profile clients. He has helped organize several charity events including “Kochen gegen Rechts” in 2001 and “Kochen gegen Aids” in 2006. Since 2008 he is the star of such TV cooking shows as “Das Fast Food Duell” and “Die Kochprofis-Einsatz am Herd”.
