Chris Kabel, like Richard Hutten, is an industrial designer but of a later generation. His designs can be found amongst the collections of the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, Droog Design, Moooi and Driade. In the leading design magazine Wallpaper, Chris Kabel described himself as a ‘surgeon’ rather than a designer. He takes things apart and finds his own way of putting them back together again. He has produced a bag with a re-sealable condom compartment. This handy feature beautifully compliments the bag’s shape and form.
